Bailey’s Irish Cream
In Blender
Beat 3 eggs
Add one 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
Add 3 tablespoons coconut cream
Add 4 ounces milk chocolate syrup
Pour into half gallon jug
Add 2 cups – 80 proof – Canadian WhiskeyAdd 1-pint heavy cream
Add 1-pint light cream
SHAKE WELL
Pour half recipe into blender and blend for 30 seconds.
Repeat with the other half.
Combine and refrigerate.
