- Genoa Hard Salami (cut into quarters)
- Colossal black olives
- Large Green Olives
- Celery pieces
- Provolone (imported, sharp) cut into 1"x1/2" chunks
- Capers
- Anchovy [al-eech] fillets (even if you don't like them)
- Salt & Pepper
